Come and strut your stuff in the Best Dressed Dog Contest. Prizes to be won! Register at the lawn in front of the Union Steamship Co Marina 10am - 12 am. Entrants and their owners dress up and parade the ring. All proceeds to BC Guide Dogs.
The Dog Days of Summer Show begins at noon and runs until 2:30pm Sunday August 8th, 2010. The Grand Prize 'Drop in the Bucket Draw' happens at 2:30pm down at the beach. You don't need a dog to buy a ticket and win. We drop 200 balls into the water. All of the dogs jump in the water after the balls. First one back with a ball chooses the lucky winning number. If you are the holder of the number chosen by the dog you WIN. Registration for contests begins at 10am. All proceeds go to BC Guide Dogs. Hope to see you there this year sans the wind and rain!
